The inside temperature ranges from 140-170 degrees and can be adjusted using the zipper to let heat escape.
Temperature isn't applicable for the lamps as the lamps are not in enclosed spaces like the sauna ( though all the models use the same style of far infrared generators. The Silver Sauna uses 1500 watts. The large Sky Eye medical grade lamp uses 800 watts. The smaller table lamp's output is 200 watts.
